This yoga class is open to all levels and will allow you to nourish your body or challenge you, depending upon how far you want to push yourself. This will give you the opportunity to develop strength, flexibility and focus. Working with a heart centered theme and strong alignment principles, this class will encourage you to listen to your body, cultivate awareness and connect to your breath in stillness and movement.
